A community-centered immersive experience created in recognition of World Mental Health Day, using the transformative power of the arts to open conversations around mental health, emotional wellness, and self-discovery among women. Presented by The Power of the Heels Foundation, this immersive experience invites women to move beyond simply observing and become active participants in a shared journey: From conversation → to connection → to action → to transformation. More than a traditional conference, The Art of Wellness offers a fully immersive experience that brings together storytelling, expert conversations, visual art, music, movement, performance, mindfulness, and interactive installations. Featuring internationally recognized artists and creative voices, Award winner, Daniella Di Mari, Mercy Yahia, Claudio Resnik, Luli Sulichin, Clarita Spitz, among others. The program explores burnout, balance, identity, self-worth, resilience, healing, and the courage to be seen, heard, and valued.
